Dody Chiropractic Center for Wholeness (“we,” “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use dodychiro.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

This is not our HIPAA notice. Health information you share as a patient is protected under our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available on request at our office. This website privacy policy is separate from that notice.

Who we are

Dody Chiropractic Center for Wholeness is a chiropractic and brain-based wellness practice at 7325 South Pierce Street, Suite 102, Littleton, CO 80128. You can reach us at (303) 794-1737 or info@dodychiro.com.

What information do we collect?

Information you give us. When you book a call, fill in a form, use our chat, email us, call or text, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, the time you’d like to talk, and any message you write.

Scheduling, forms and chat. Our online booking calendar, website forms and chat window are embedded tools provided by our scheduling and messaging provider. What you enter in them is sent to and stored by that provider on our behalf, so we can respond and manage your appointment.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours and the tools on it collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and the date and time of your visit. Our website host may also keep standard server logs.

Analytics and advertising tools. We use:

• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate;
• Google Ads tags, to measure whether our ads lead to visits, bookings or calls;
• the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may record events such as a page view, a completed booking or form, or a tap on our phone number. We’ve turned off the Meta Pixel’s automatic advanced matching, which means the pixel is not set up to collect the contact details you type into forms. We do not intentionally send health information to advertising partners.

How do we use your information?

• To respond to your questions and schedule or confirm calls and appointments
• To send appointment reminders and follow-up messages you’ve agreed to receive
• To understand how the website is used and improve it
• To measure and improve our advertising
• To keep the website working and protect it from misuse, and to meet legal obligations

Do we sell or share your information?

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the practice and this website (such as our scheduling and messaging provider, website host, and the analytics and advertising tools named above), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff or others. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Should I send health details through the website?

Please don’t. Website forms, chat, email and text messages are meant for contact and scheduling, not medical details. Share your health history with us in person or on your call with Dr. Dody instead. Once you become a patient, your clinical information is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry, your booking and related information from our office. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (303) 794-1737 to update how we contact you. Agreeing to texts is not required to receive care.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the booking calendar or chat, may not work properly without them. You can also limit analytics and ad tracking through these tools:

• Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
• Google My Ad Center
• Meta ad preferences

Do Not Track. There isn’t yet a common standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, so this website does not currently respond to them. You can still use the choices above.

Third-party services and links

The tools embedded on this site, and any websites we link to, have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their practices. For the services named above, see the Google Privacy Policy (including how Google uses information from sites that use its services) and the Meta Privacy Policy. Our scheduling and messaging provider processes information on our behalf; contact us if you have questions about how it is handled.

How long do we keep information, and how is it protected?

We keep contact and scheduling information for as long as we need it to respond to you, manage your relationship with the practice and meet our legal obligations. Patient records are kept as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or online service is completely free of risk.

Your rights

You can ask to see the contact information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted from our scheduling and messaging records, subject to any legal requirement to keep it. Email info@dodychiro.com or call (303) 794-1737. Patients who want access to their health records should contact the office; those requests are handled under HIPAA and Colorado law.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. A parent or guardian books care for a child and is involved from the first conversation. If you believe a child has sent us information through the site, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
