Memory Loss and Brain Fog
Are Not Inevitable. They’re Addressable.
Cognitive decline and memory issues often have identifiable neurological patterns that respond to neurofeedback training. We measure them precisely. Then we train them — often producing noticeable improvements in clarity, recall, and focus.
“At 60+, running a business and working six days a week, I struggled with focus and accuracy. Neurofeedback was a game-changer. My focus improved, errors reduced, and I navigate challenges with resilience. Truly life-changing.”

Why Cognitive Decline Is Measurable — and Often Reversible
Normal aging does not have to mean inevitable cognitive decline. While some change in processing speed is natural, the rate and severity of cognitive decline are significantly influenced by nervous system health, metabolic function, and brain activity patterns. Many patients labeled as having age-related memory loss are actually experiencing addressable neurological dysfunction.
QEEG brain mapping identifies patterns of reduced activity, poor connectivity, and frequency imbalances that correlate directly with cognitive symptoms. Excess theta in the frontal lobes, reduced alpha coherence, and poor communication between brain hemispheres are common findings — and all of them respond to targeted neurofeedback training.
Our approach is particularly valuable for patients who want to stay cognitively sharp as they age, who are noticing early changes in memory or processing, or who have a family history of cognitive decline and want to be proactive. The earlier you address these patterns, the more runway there is for meaningful improvement.

Nutrition’s Role in Brain Health
Cognitive function is deeply dependent on metabolic health. Inflammatory patterns, blood sugar dysregulation, thyroid dysfunction, and nutrient deficiencies — particularly B12, folate, omega-3s, magnesium, and vitamin D — have well-documented effects on memory, processing speed, and overall cognitive performance.
Heather Dody, our functional nutritional consultant, runs a comprehensive blood panel that goes far beyond what standard labs examine — looking at optimal ranges, not just whether values fall outside disease thresholds. Many of our cognitive health patients discover correctable metabolic patterns that, once addressed, produce rapid improvement in brain function even before neurofeedback training begins.
The combination of targeted nutrition, brain-based chiropractic care, and QEEG-guided neurofeedback creates a comprehensive brain health program that no single-modality provider can match. If cognitive vitality matters to you, your free in-office evaluation is the right next step.
Your brain’s best years don’t have to be behind you.
Your free in-office evaluation is a conversation about where you are, where you want to be — and what the data says about how to get there.
